Boho Tide

Indian grass flinched away from the summer breeze, ducking behind her legs and nipping at her calves. The breeze came in waves causing the reeds to ebb against her like the tide, rippling the hem of her dress. She tore a stalk, weaving it into a crown, interlacing flower petals within its twists. Shadows of slits bloomed on her fingertips as the Indian grass collected its debt—the price she had to pay to shape its beauty.

Hey Everyone!

Summer breezes are coming—ushering in the boho tide. I felt this outfit helped represent my first official summer look. Finding the perfect summer dress is key, especially one that’s unique. I like a boho vibe during the summer, so the light material of the dress, pale rose color, and intricately knit sleeves were a good start to achieving this. I paired it with some denim boots and vintage rings to keep the focus on the dress, but couldn’t help adding a beaded headband as the cherry on top.

Whatever vibe you’re going for, whether it be boho or classy, there’s a summer dress out there for you. They’re perfect for those days when you don’t want to fuss over picking out an outfit because you can just slip a dress on and make it look like you were actually trying! Or you can accessorize and vamp up whatever vibe you’re going for. Either way…

I wish everyone luck in finding their own perfectly unique summer dress!

Stay Unique.

Thanks for reading,

Miranda
